Which are the documents required to submit for application of
1. Signed Distributer Application Form &. Signed Distributer Acknowledgement Letter
2. Signed Valid ID Proof (A copy of your Pan Card – This is a mandatory requirement.)
3. Signed Valid Address Proof (A copy of any one of these documents is required: Passport, Driving License, Bank Statements, Aadhar Card, Gas Bill, Notarised Rental Agreement, and Voter’s ID Card.)
Please also attach a recent passport size photograph of yourself in white background. This will be used to create your Distributer Identification Card, which will be couriered to your registered address. Accepted image formats are JPEG, JPG, and GIF, and the file size should be less than 2 MB.
